3.1  This privacy policy applies only to your use of Our App and Our Website. Our App and Our Website may contain links to websites. Please note that We have no control over how your data is collected, stored, or used by other websites and We advise you to check the privacy policies of any such websites before providing any data to them.

3.2  Our App and Our Website uses analytics services provided by Google Analytics, which also use cookies. Website analytics refers to a set of tools used to collect and analyse usage statistics, enabling Us to better understand how people use Our App and Our website. 4.1  As a data subject, you have the following rights under the GDPR, which this policy and Our use of Personal Data have been designed to uphold:

5. What Data Do We Collect?

We may however sometimes use third-party data processors that are located outside of the EEA.  8.4.3  transfers to organisations where We are satisfied about their data privacy and security standards and protected by contractual commitments such as signing the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and, where available, further assurances such as certification schemes; and

Use of reCaptcha

 1. In order to counteract abuse and fight spam we have implemented reCAPTCHA v3 on our website, which is a service provided by Google and as such Goldex agrees to the Google APIs Terms of Use and Google Terms of Use. You acknowledge and understand that the reCAPTCHA API works by collecting hardware and software information, such as device and application data, and that Goldex might be sending these data to Google for analysis. The information collected in connection with your use of the service will be used for improving reCAPTCHA and for general security purposes. It will not be used for personalised advertising by Google.
