How can I check my balance?
You can check your account balance by logging into the Goldex app. Your cash balance is displayed on the left-hand side, while the total value of your gold is on the right. The combined value of your cash balance and gold value is labelled ‘total holdings’.
Can I add anyone to my account?
As part of the account opening process, each user is assigned their own personal account which must be in their name and must be funded by the account holder. We do not accept third-party deposits and the bank account you fund your Goldex account with must be in your own name – we cannot accept deposits from joint accounts or allow users to share accounts.
However, we understand you may want to share the benefits of Goldex – why not recommend us to your friends and family?
How can I check my profile details?
You’ll find all your personal details stored in your account when you log into the app. Just tap on the ‘settings’ icon (shaped like a cog) to reveal your profile details.
Can I change my mobile number?
Yes, we allow you to update or amend your mobile number from within the app. Just go to your profile details within the app. If you encounter any issues, contact our customer support team.
What if my personal details change?
If your personal details such as your home address, email address or phone number change you can update them within the app by tapping on the ‘settings’ icon. If you need to change your name, please contact our customer support team directly, who will let you know if you’re required to upload any additional supporting documentation.
Updating your home address is important as it forms part of our verification process for identity, deposits and redemptions.
Can I access the app on other devices?
Currently, you can access the Goldex App via iPhone, iPad, or Android phone.
